U-Swirl, Inc. announced unaudited earnings results for the fourth quarter and year ended February 28, 2015. For the quarter, the company reported total revenues of $1,080,000, loss from operations of $758,000, loss before income taxes of $763,000, net loss of $763,000 or $0.03 per share basic and diluted compared to total revenues of $1,080,000, loss from operations of $2,248,000, loss before income taxes of $2,256,000, net loss of $2,256,000 or $0.15 per basic and diluted share for the same quarter a year ago.
