TXO Partners, L.P. (NYSE:TXO) entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire Russian Creek field in North Dakota from Kaiser-Francis Oil Company, L.L.C. for $18 million on June 25, 2024. In a related transaction TXO Partners, L.P. entered into a Purchase and Sale Agreement to acquire assets in the Elm Coulee field in Montana from Eagle Mountain Energy Partners. Transactions are subject to satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
