TWINWILL OPTRONICS INC. is mainly engaged in the development, manufacture and sale of liquid crystal display (LCD) modules. The Company is involved in the development and manufacture of special types of LCD modules; the design and manufacture of resistive touch panels; the lamination of high-precision touch panels and the assembly of modules; the provision of optical bonding packaging services; the integration of (thin film transistor-liquid crystal display) TFT-LCD display system, and the provision of LCD module repair services. During the year ended December 31, 2011, the Company obtained 80.07% of total revenue from the touch panel LCD module products. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets.
