GENERAL ANNOUNCEMENT: NEW UPDATE OF THE S$2.5 MILLION INSTITUTION

S$1 MILLION CREDIT FACILITIES AND CREDIT FACILITIES FROM FINANCIAL

1. NEW S$1 MILLION CREDIT FACILITIES FROM FINANCIAL INSTITUTION
   The Board of Directors (the "Board") of Tung Lok Restaurants (2000) Ltd (the "Company") wishes to announce that its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Tung Lok Signatures (2006) Pte. Ltd., has procured and accepted new credit facilities amounting to S$1.0 million from United Overseas Bank Limited for its general working capital purposes.
   The new S$1.0 million credit facilities are not expected to have any material impact on the net earnings per share or net tangible assets per share of the Company for the year ending 31 March 2022.
2. UPDATE OF THE S$2.5 MILLION CREDIT FACILITIES FROM FINANCIAL INSTITUTION

The Company refers to its announcement dated 31 March 2020 in relation to the S$2.5 million credit facilities and would like to update that out of the S$2.5 million credit facilities accepted, S$2.0 million has since lapsed and not utilised.

None of our directors or controlling shareholders has any interest, direct or indirect, in the above transactions save for their shareholdings in the Company.
