The Golden Group Joint Stock Company (UNQ-VNM:TGG) agreed to acquire 69% stake in Angimex Furious Company Limited from An Giang Import Export Company (HOSE:AGM) on December 18, 2023. The transaction value of the transaction is expected to be VND 69 billion. Currently, The Golden Group holds 30% stake in Angimex.
The transaction is expected to close in 2023.
