Trucept, Inc. Announces Appointment of Julie Neill to the Board of Directors

Trucept, Inc. announced that Board of directors is being expanded to reflect areas of expertise to guide management. To that end, Julie Neill has recently joined the board. Neill is also Trucept's COO, responsible for payroll, human resources, risk management, and insurance services and has 25 years of experience in the payroll and insurance industries. In the insurance industry, she led a team of 160 employees through a complete re-brand over a two-year period. Neill has a proven record of growing businesses and driving efficiencies with a zeal for exceptional customer service. Prior to this role, Julie was the Vice President of Operations for Afinida, Inc. This was a start-up where her leadership grew the business from zero to $200 million per year in annual payroll in just three years. She also previously served as the Vice President of Operations for the Synergy Corporation, where she was responsible for the expansion of the business into new areas including third party administration (TPA). She has spent most of her career in customer service-facing roles, where she believes that outstanding customer service is to be expected.

Afinida Insurance Services, Inc. offers employee benefits, which include medical/dental/vision plans, supplemental insurance, and life insurance and cafeteria plans; commercial lines, which includes workers' compensation, business ownersâ policies, property insurance, general liability insurance and employment practices liability insurance; and individual policies, which includes medical, dental and vision plans, supplemental insurance, life insurance and home owners/condo/renters insurance.
