Beijing Troy Cloud Intelligence Data Technology Co., Ltd announced a capital increase of CNY 45 million on March 23, 2019. The transaction will include participation from Sichuan Troy Information Technology Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300366). Post-closing of the transaction, the investor will retain its 100% stake in the company. The transaction was approved at the company's 4th directorate and the 4th session of the company's 4th supervisory board on March 22, 2019.
