TcorpHomes announced that it expects to receive VND 150 billion in funding from Tri Viet Asset Management Corporation Joint Stock Company and other investors

announced a private placement of 15,000,000 common shares at par value of VND 10,000 per share for gross proceeds of up to VND 150,000,000,000 on January 25, 2018. The transaction will includes participation from existing investor, Tri Viet Asset Management Corporation Joint Stock Company (HNX:TVC) for VND 126,000,000,000 to hold 84% stake. The charter capital of the company after transaction will be VND 200,000,000,000. The transaction has been approved by the board of directors of investor.
