BRE Asia Urban Holdings Ltd share purchase agreement to acquire Allcargo Multimodal Private Limited from Transindia Real Estate Limited for INR 2.5 billion.

BRE Asia Urban Holdings Ltd agreed to acquire Allcargo Multimodal Private Limited from Transindia Real Estate Limited (NSEI:TREL) on June 2, 2023. BRE Asia Urban Holdings Ltd share purchase agreement to acquire Allcargo Multimodal Private Limited from Transindia Real Estate Limited (NSEI:TREL) for INR 2.5 billion on February 28, 2024. As of June 2, 2023, the board of Transindia approved the transaction.

Upon conclusion of the transaction, Transindia will cease to hold any equity shares in Multimodal. The shareholders of Transindia have approved the proposed sale on July 9, 2023. The transaction is expected to close on March 31, 2024.
