Regarding the organization of the video conference with analysts and investors on the financial results for 2021

TRANSILVANIA BROKER DE ASIGURARE S.A. inform shareholders and investors about the organization of a video conference with investors and analysts on the financial results for 2021 and the publication of the Annual Report 2021, as follows :

■ The video conference will take place on April 28, 2022, on-line, starting at 11.00 (local time) and, will be in romanian language. The details regarding the participation at the event are available on the company's website :www.transilvaniabroker.ro,at "Investors/Events" section ;

■ The 2021 annual report will be available to shareholders, investors and the public, starting April 28, 2022, at 08.30 a.m. (local time) :

  • o on the website of the Bucharest Stock Exchange,www.bvb.ro;

  • o on the company's websitewww.transilvaniabroker.ro,at "Investors /Financial Reports" section ;

  • o as printed version, at the headquarters in Bistrita, Calea Moldovei Street, no.13, Bistrita- Nasaud County.
