AC-5474- 1 /20.01.2022, as a result of the operation of dividing the nominal value of the company's shares, approved at the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of dated September 7, 2021.

The subscribed and paid-in share capital of the Company is 500,000 lei, divided into 5,000,000 common shares, with a nominal value of 0.1 lei each.

The company continues the process of registering the operation with the Central Depository in order to allocate them to the entitled shareholders, in accordance with the approved schedule, the last trading date for the shares of TRANSILVANIA BROKER DE ASIGURARE S.A. , before the division operation being 11.02.2022.
