Transcom, Inc. announced earnings results for the full year ended December 31, 2020. For the full year, the company announced sales was TWD 706.035 million compared to TWD 569.727 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 219.763 million compared to TWD 181.995 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 164.118 million compared to TWD 140.816 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 4.42 compared to TWD 3.84 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was TWD 4.34 compared to TWD 3.81 a year ago.
Transcom, Inc. is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sales of microwave semiconductor components, integrated circuits and sub-systems. The Company's main products include microwave amplifiers and modules, gallium arsenide low noise and power components, solid state power amplifiers and modules, microwave sub-system products and others. The Company's products are mainly used in mobile phones, wireless local area networks, point-to-point wireless communications, satellite communications, wireless surveillance devices and military applications. The Company distributes its products in domestic market and to overseas markets, including the rest of Asia, the Americas, Europe and others.
