TOTVS S.A. TOTVS S.A. ("TOTVS" or "Company") (BM&FBovespa: TOTS3) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that the Board of Directors of Bematech S.A., wholly owned subsidiary of TOTVS, in a meeting held today, elected Mr. Eros Alexandre Jantsch to the position of Chief Executive Officer, replacing Mr. Cleber Pereira de Morais, and Mr. Gilsomar Maia Sebastião to the positions of Administrative and Financial Vice-President and Investor Relations Officer, replacing Mr. Marcos Andreetto Perillo. With that, Mr. Eros Alexandre Jantsch, who joined Bematech in 1993, will accumulate the position of Chief Executive Officer and the position of Executive Vice-President.
The resignations of Mr. Cleber Pereira de Morais and Mr. Marcos Andreetto Perillo follow the timeline of the integration plan of the operations of Bematech and TOTVS. We thank both for all the commitment and for dedication in this process and wishes great success in their future endeavors.
The Directors elected on this date shall be invested in their new positions on February 1, 2016, when the replaced Directors will end their activities at Bematech.
