Subject: Resolutions of the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 10/2020

We, Total Access Communication Public Company Limited ("Company"), would like to announce that the following matters were resolved in the Board of Directors' Meeting No. 10/2020 held on 28 October 2020:

• Approval of the appointment of Mr. Nakul Sehgal as the Chief Financial Officer of the Company in replacement of Mr. Dilip Pal who is already announced to resign from his position as Chief Financial Officer of the Company by 31 October 2020. The effective date shall be confirmed latest 31 December 2020.
• Mr. Sehgal comes with extensive experience from telecom industry, most recently as the Corporate Chief Financial Officer of Bharti Airtel. He has previously held CFO positions in Digi, Telenor Hungary and Telenor India. Before joining the telecom industry, Mr. Sehgal was a consultant with Ernst & Young and Price Waterhouse Coopers. He is a Certified Public Accountant, a Chartered Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Delhi.
• As previously announced the Company's Board resolutions on 16 October 2020, Mr. Sirawit Klabdee will be interim CFO from 1 November 2020 and until Mr. Sehgal joins.
