Tong Yang Industry Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2020. For the third quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 4,526.048 million compared to TWD 5,178.731 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 265.403 million compared to TWD 449.097 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.45 compared to TWD 0.76 a year ago. For the nine months, sales was TWD 12,627.254 million compared to TWD 15,769.700 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 631.093 million compared to TWD 1,481.502 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 1.07 compared to TWD 2.5 a year ago.

The Automobile Assembly Market segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of automobile and motorcycle spare parts for automobile assembly market. The Repair and Maintenance Market segment is engaged in the manufacture and sale of automobile and motorcycle spare parts for repair and maintenance market. The main products include bumpers, headers, instrument boards, engine covers, fenders and fans. The Company operates within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including China mainland, the United States and other countries.
