Tomoku Co., Ltd. (TSE:3946) signed a contract to acquire Tamazen Co.,Ltd. from Yoshiaki Tamazen, Yoshihiro Tamazaen and Shunsuke Himoto on December 23, 2020. Tomoku will acquire 100 shares. Post completion, Tamazen's name will change to KT Capital Co., Ltd. Tamazen had total assets of ¥40.8 billion and net assets of ¥13.3 billion. The transaction is expected to close on March 1, 2021.
