TEPCO Holdings, Inc. would like to hereby announce that partial changes to the official duties of the following Executive Officers (to take effect on June 26, 2024) were decided today at the meeting of the Board of Directors. Furthermore, we would also like to announce potential partial changes to the official duties of the following Executive Officers in conjunction with the establishment of the Procurement Department on July 1, 2024. Please note that the official duties to be executed by Executive Officers after the 100th annual shareholders' meeting, which will be held in June, 2024, will be finalized following the

meeting of the Board of Directors that will be held after the aforementioned shareholders'

meeting.
