Tobishima Corporation (TSE:1805) acquired 79.9% stake in Nodak Co.,Ltd. and 75.2% stake in Japan Lake and Canal Co., Ltd. from Michio Nobe on February 15, 2018. Under the terms of the transaction, Tobishima Corporation acquired 0.013 million shares of Nodak Co.,Ltd. and 0.03 million shares of Japan Lake and Canal Co., Ltd. Upon completion, Nodak Co.,Ltd. and Japan Lake and Canal Co., Ltd. became subsidiaries of Tobishima Corporation.
