TOBESOFT Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A079970) agreed to acquire 40% stake in K And Group Inc. from Keosang Co. Ltd., Gwang-Won Park, Byoung-Young Yoo and Shin-Hyun Kang for KRW 5.6 billion on January 19, 2016. TOBESOFT will acquire 0.19 million shares of K And Group Inc. As of November 2015, K And Group Inc. had total assets of KRW 4.78 billion and total capital of KRW 2.13 billion. The transaction was resolved by the Board of Directors of TOBESOFT. The transaction is expected to complete on April 15, 2016. PricewaterhouseCoopers Korea acted as the external valuation institution for the transaction.

It is also involved in the provision of repair and maintenance services for its products. The Companyâs main clients are Samsung SDS, Hyundai AutoEver and others. On February 7, 2014, the Company sold its entire shares of a wholly owned subsidiary, TOBESOFT JAPAN Co.,Ltd.
