Toachi Mining Inc., formerly Ferrum Americas Mining Inc., is a Canada-based minerals exploration company. The principal business activity of the Company is the acquisition, exploration and development of iron-ore properties in the Americas. The Company's Cerro Rojo iron ore project is located in eastern Bolivia, approximately 55 kilometers west of Puerto Suarez and the Hidrovia River system near Corumba, Brazil. The Cerro Rojo project consists of over four mining concessions and approximately 53 claims (or squares) with each square having an area of over 25 hectares. The concessions consist of Damasias Fatima, Cerro Chico, Cerro Lejos and part of Fatima, all totaling over 1,325 hectares. The Company's subsidiary is Empresa Minera Yacuses S.A. (Yacuses).
