Madrid, 27th June, 2011: Spanish financial newspaper Expansión has released its annual ranking of the biggest law firms in Spain in terms of revenue and the top 10 practices are all Tikit clients.
Expansión is Spain's the leading financial newspaper, having established a partnership with the Financial Times. The ranking has been published for the last 12 years and reports the most successful law firms as well as trends and growth in the sector.
The report confirms that Spanish business activity is still recovering from the economic crisis and law firms have been invariably affected by it. Nevertheless, the ranking shows that the sector has grown 4% during the last financial year.
Firms include Garrigues which appears in first position, followed by Cuatrecasas, Golçalves Pereira and Uría Menéndez. Amongst the top 10 are also the legal arms of the "Big Four" accountancy firms: PwC, KPMG, Deloitte and Ernst & Young, all of which are Tikit Spain clients.
