Xinjiang Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd Approves Cash Dividend for the Year 2014; Appoints Bian Xinjun, Gao Yunfei and Li Wei as Independent Directors

Xinjiang Tianshan Cement Co., Ltd. held its annual general meeting on April 22, 2015. At the meeting the shareholders approved cash dividend for 10 shares (tax included) of CNY 0.870 for the year 2014.

At the meeting the shareholders approved appointment of Bian Xinjun, Gao Yunfei and Li Wei as independent directors.
