China Nuclear New Energy Investment Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire 52.25% stake in Yichun Jinhe Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. from Tianjin MOTIMO Membrane Technology Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300334) for CNY 11.9 million on July 22, 2020. China Nuclear New Energy won the bid to acquire the shares in Yichun Jinhe Environmental. In a related transaction, the parties also signed a Property Rights Transaction Contract.
Tianjin Motimo Membrane Technology Co Ltd is primarily engaged in the research, development, manufacture and sale of ultrafiltration membrane, micro membrane and membrane module, as well as the provision of membrane water resource solutions. The Company provides hollow fiber column membrane, curtain-style ultrafiltration membrane, micro-membrane and membrane module, as well as membrane water resource solutions, including continuous membrane filtration (CMF), submerged membrane filter (SMF) and embrane bioreactor (MBR). The Company also provides membrane replacement services, membrane engineering solutions, and sewage treatment technical services. The Company mainly conducts businesses within the domestic market.
