Tianjin Hi-Tech Development Co.,Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was CNY 194.599 million compared to CNY 66.727 million a year ago. Operating loss was CNY 14.129 million compared to CNY 12.303 million a year ago. Net loss was CNY 14.467 million compared to CNY 13.056 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was CNY 0.0224 compared to CNY 0.0202 a year ago.

The Company's main businesses include the property business, high-tech industry investment, incubation services and trading. The Companyâs property projects include business process outsourcing (BPO) site, hi-tech innovation base and hi-tech green industrial base, among others. High-tech industry investment is mainly involved in the equity investment in enterprises. Incubation services provide professional services to entered enterprises, such as finance consulting, patent services and entrepreneurship mentor training. Trading business mainly consist of the wholesale of iron and steel and other construction materials. The Company primarily conducts its business in North China.
