Business Summary

TIAN CHANG GROUP HOLDINGS LTD. is an investment holding company principally engaged in the manufacturing and sales of e-cigarettes products. The Company operates business through two segments. The Electronic Cigarettes (E-cigarettes) Products segment manufactures e-cigarettes products as an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) including disposable e-cigarettes, refillable e-cigarettes, battery rods, clearomisers, liquidpods and heated tobacco devices. The Integrated Plastic Solutions segment engages in the manufacturing and sale of moulds and plastic products. The Company distributes its products within the domestic market and to overseas markets, including Europe, Asia and the United States.
