Three Acre Farms PLC is a Sri Lanka-based company. The principal businesses of the Company are selective breeding, hatching and sale of commercial day-old chicks (DOCs), both broiler (for chicken meat) and layer (for the production of table eggs), operation of poultry breeder farms, raising grandparent and parent stock and hatcheries, and commercial broiler farming. The Company has two subsidiaries, namely, Ceylon Pioneer Poultry Breeders Limited (CPPBL), which undertakes the grandparent farm operation and Millennium Multibreeder Farms (Private) Limited (MMF), which employs advanced hatchery techniques in producing broiler day - old chicks (DOCs). The Company operates poultry breeder farms, namely, Meegoda, Kosgama, Halwathura, Aswatta, Ittapana, and Makuluwatta while its subsidiary, MMF, operates from Wewelpanawa. The Company operates commercial broiler farms namely Bulathsinhala, Hijra-A, Hijra-B, and Attanagalla.
