Golden and Silver Energy Mastering Awards for Thrace Plastics Pack
Τrace Pack aims at producing at the minimum environmental impact using practices regarding the Environment, Energy Management, Product Responsibility and Corporate Social Responsibility. The group has already been awarded for its successful Health and Safety practices at factory premises (ISO 18001). This year, Thrace Pack continues being on the same path, receiving distinction for energy efficiency and sustainability best practices, which are applied in its factories at Xanthi and Ioannina.
Specifically, Thrace Pack received two awards for energy efficiency at its production lines, operating cost reduction resulting from equipment upgrade and continuous improvement of its environmental performance within the last few years. Τhe two awards are: the golden award in Energy Efficiency category for its factory at Ioannina and the silver award in Energy Conservation for its factory at Xanthi.
The Energy Mastering Awards ceremony took place in Athens, on Tuesday 30 May, 2017, at the Hellenic Motor Museum. The company was represented by the Director of Xanthi Factory, the Technical Director of Ioannina Factory, the HR manager of the Group and the Marketing Manager of the Company.
