Thomas Cook Lanka Limited announced that it has received LKR 50 million in funding from Thomas Cook Limited

Thomas Cook Lanka (Private) Limited issued 5,000,000 an allotment of optionally convertible cumulative redeemable preference at a price of LKR 10 per share in the principal amount of LKR 50,000,000 in a round of funding on June 25, 2024. The transaction includes the participation from returning investor, Thomas Cook (India) Limited.
