Thien Nam Trading - Import Export Joint Stock Company (HOSE:TNA) agreed to acquire 69.28% stake in Nahaviwel Joint Stock Company on December 26, 2023. The stake being acquired is equivalent to 7 million shares in Nahaviwel. Prior to the transaction, Thien Nam Trading held 29.5%.
Upon completion, Thien Nam Trading will hold 98.78% in Nahaviwel. The deal has been approved by board of directors of Thien Nam Trading - Import Export Joint Stock Company.
