Nextshift Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive about ¥100 million in its seed round of funding on May 9, 2017. The company will issue common shares in the transaction. The transaction involved participation from 7 new investors The Tottori Bank, Ltd. (TSE:8383), Tottori Chiho Sosei Fund, a fund managed by Tottori Capital Co., Ltd., Broadcasting System Of San-In, individual investor Mamoru Taniya, and other investors. The shares will be issued through third party capital increase method.
THE TOTTORI BANK, LTD. is a regional bank mainly engaged in banking business, as well as credit card business, leasing business, venture capital business and other financial services. The Bank operates in two business segments. The Banking segment offers financial services, including deposit, loan, product securities trading, securities investment, domestic and foreign exchange transactions business. The Card segment provides credit card services. The others business engages in the provision of leasing business and venture capital business.
