Subject: Establish a Digital Object Platform Joint-Venture

The Siam Cement Public Company Limited ( or " SCC" ) hereby announces that The Concrete Products and Aggregate Company Limited ( or " CPAC" ) , a 99. 99% owned subsidiary of SCC' s Cement and Building Materials Business, has entered into a joint- venture agreement with BIMobject AB, Sweden ( or " BIMobject" ) to establish BIMobject ( Thailand) Co. , Ltd. ( or "BIMobject TH").

This joint- venture will provide the digitized Building Information Modeling ( BIM) object and service platform that is used in the conceptual design, material selection, and construction simulation of buildings and infrastructure projects. Progressively, this is in line with SCC' s strategic plan to extend its breadth of innovative construction solutions.

BIM plays an important role in construction simulation process by providing accurate material usage requirements, while lowering construction waste at the same time. Moreover, BIM has been required by the construction regulation in the United Kingdom and Singapore, and is also widely used in the United States and many European countries.

BIMobject (https://www.bimobject.com) is positioned as a world- leading innovative technology company with extensive experience and offerings. In 2018, BIMobject reported sales of approximately 360 million Baht, and achieved annual sales growths 51% during 2016-2018 on a Compound Annual Growth Rate.

The joint- venture will have a registered capital of 5 million Baht, while CPAC will hold a 51% equity stake, and BIMobject will hold the remaining stake of 49% . BIMobject TH' s business operations are expected to commence in the second quarter of 2020.

This investment is considered an asset acquisition transaction. The size of this transaction is 0.00% of total assets stated in SCC consolidated financial statements as at September 30, 2019, and when combined with those in the past six months prior to the date of this transaction, the total size is 0.75%. Thus, the disclosure of this transaction is not required pursuant to disclosure rule for the acquisition and disposition of assets. This transaction is not a connected transaction.
