The Companyâs subsidiaries include Philodrill Power Corporation (PPC), which is engaged in oil exploration and production; Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corporation (ACMDC), which is engaged in mining business in Philippines; Penta Capital Investment Corporation (PCIC), which is engaged in finance, investments and brokerage business, and Penta Capital Holdings, Inc. (PCHI), which is engaged in real estate, financial and securities transactions.
