The Marcus Corporation declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.085 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid February 17, 2014 to shareholders of record on January 27, 2014. The Board of Directors also declared a dividend of $0.07727 per share on the Class B common stock.
