THE LAW DEBENTURE CORPORATION P.L.C. LawDeb Corporate Secretarial Services (CSS) announces the appointment of Patrick Davis as Director, with a particular focus on delivering Board and Committee governance to clients within the financial services and other regulated sectors.
Patrick brings to the growing team a broader range of listed, regulated and compliance advisory capabilities which will benefit our clients dealing with increasingly complex governance challenges and regulatory engagement, including, for example, in relation to Skilled Person (s.166) Reviews and Information Requests. His technical skills, market knowledge and experience will help to identify innovative solutions that will have a material impact for our clients.
LawDeb has seen significant demand for both interim support and outsourcing across all its secretarial and governance services, and Patrick's appointment will not only bolster the senior team at CSS, but will also provide support to Trish Houston, Head of CSS, through the team's next phase of growth.
