The Landis Taipei Hotel Co. Ltd. announced earnings results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2019. For the second quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 187.697 million compared to TWD 201.845 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 24.460 million compared to TWD 19.799 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 28.214 million compared to TWD 19.937 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.4 compared to TWD 0.28 a year ago. For the half year, sales was TWD 399.814 million compared to TWD 398.873 million a year ago. Operating loss was TWD 28.629 million compared to TWD 43.569 million a year ago. Net loss was TWD 36.415 million compared to TWD 42.422 million a year ago. Basic loss per share was TWD 0.52 compared to TWD 0.6 a year ago.
Landis Taipei Hotel Co Ltd is a Taiwan-based company mainly engaged in the tourism hotel business and restaurant business. The Company is also engaged in the conference room rental business, food and beverage retail business, cleaning and dyeing business and parking lot management business. It operates restaurants such as 1930 de Hideki Takayama, Tien Hsiang Lo, La Brasserie, and Liz Gastronomie. Banquet and conference facilities include banquet halls, MATISSE, salon halls, catering services, and conference projects.
