The Hour Glass Limited Appoints Lock Wai Han as an Independent Non-Executive Director, Member of the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Effective 1 October 2020

The Hour Glass Limited announced the appointment of Mr. Lock Wai Han as Independent Non-Executive Director and a member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee, respectively with effect from 1 October 2020. Mr. Lock is an Executive Director of OKH Global Ltd. since October 2016. He is also a Non-Executive Director of ARA Trust Mgt (Suntec) Ltd. and Chip Eng Seng Corporation Ltd. since August 2018 and October 2018 respectively.
