(XKON:A302920) from MAVI New Growth Good Company Investment Fund 2, MAVI New Growth Good Company Investment Fund 1, Mirae Asset New Growth Good Company Fund 16-1 and Mirae Asset New Growth Good Company Fund 17-1, funds managed by Mirae Asset Venture Investment Co., Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A100790) for approximately KRW 550 million on February 12, 2020. Under the term, K& Digital Contents Investment Fund 1 will acquire 0.11 million shares of The Contents On Co., Ltd for KRW 4,928 per shares. Post completion, Mirae Asset Venture Investment Co., Ltd. will hold 8.72% stake in The Contents On Co., Ltd.
