Butterfield Cayman Appoints Andrew Bolton as Director

George Town, Cayman Islands - 24 February 2023: The Bank of N.T. Butterfield & Son Limited ("Butterfield") today announced Andrew Bolton has joined the Board of Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Limited as a Director. Mr. Bolton's appointment was effective January 26, 2023, following the approval of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA).

Jana Schreuder, Butterfield Board member and Non‐Executive Chair of the Board of Butterfield Bank (Cayman) Limited, said, "Andrew is an experienced professional who brings a wealth of relevant knowledge. Mr. Bolton was a Cayman Islands partner and Global Practice Group Head for litigation and insolvency at international law firm Appleby, where he was also a member of the firm's global management board, until his retirement from full‐time practice in 2019. He currently serves as a Board Member of the Cayman Attorneys Regulatory Authority.
