Effective 23 July 2014, Mr. Frederic M. Hervouet has been appointed as an Independent Director of Tetragon Financial Group Limited and Tetragon Financial Group Master Fund Limited. Mr. Hervouet will also serve on the Audit Committees of Tetragon Financial Group Limited and Tetragon Financial Group Master Fund Limited.
