A group of shareholders is challenging Elon Musk's $56 billion remuneration package and criticising his management of Tesla in recent years. Although he has performed remarkably well in line with his remuneration package, Tesla's share performance has fallen significantly against the S&P 500 index since the announcement of his Twitter stake.
