REJECTION BY SGX-ST OF FURTHER APPEAL IN RELATION TO THE APPLICATION FOR WAIVER AND EXTENSION OF TIME TO ANNOUCE FOURTH QUARTER RESULTS FOR THE FINANCIAL PERIOD ENDED 31 MAY 2021

The Board of Directors (the "Directors" or the "Board") of TEE International Limited (the "Company", and together with its subsidiaries, the "Group") refers to the Company's announcement dated 30 June 2021, 5 July 2021, 7 July 2021, 13 July 2021 and 14 July 2021 (the "Previous Announcements").

Unless otherwise defined, all capitalised terms used and not defined herein shall have the same meanings given to them in the Previous Announcements.

The Board wishes to announce that the SGX-ST had on 15 July 2021 rejected the Company's further appeal in relation to the Waiver and EOT Application and request for an extension of time of one (1) month. Accordingly, the Company will endeavour to release the announcement on its fourth quarter results for the financial period ended 31 May 2021 by tonight.

Further announcements on any material developments will be made on a timely basis to keep the shareholders updated.
