Reference is made to the announcement made by Techstep ASA (the "Company") on 29 November 2021 regarding the agreement to divest its Voice & Contact Center business units in Norway to Zisson AS and in Sweden to Soluno Communications AB respectively, for a total combined consideration of NOK 65.5 million, to be settled in cash (the "Transaction"). The conditions for completion of the Transaction have now been satisfied and the Transaction has hence completed today, 3 January 2022.
