Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Limited reported earnings results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2022. For the second quarter, the company reported sales was INR 900.91 million compared to INR 1,236.15 million a year ago. Revenue was INR 916.4 million compared to INR 1,268.6 million a year ago. Net income was INR 71.12 million compared to INR 324.12 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was INR 3.21 compared to INR 15.02 a year ago. Tatva Chintan Pharma Chem Limited is an India-based specialty chemical manufacturing company. The Company is engaged in the manufacturing of verity of chemicals include structure directing agents (SDAs), phase transfer catalysts (PTCs), electrolyte salts for capacitor batteries, and pharmaceutical and agrochemical intermediates, and other specialty chemicals (PASC). Its SDAs are quarternary salts, which helps in the formation of channels and pores during the synthesis of zeolites. Its PTCs are used to facilitate the migration of a reactant from one phase into another phase where the reaction occurs in a heterogeneous multi-phase system. The Company operates two manufacturing facilities situated at Ankleshwar and Dahej in Bharuch, Gujarat, India. The Company is focused on serving various customers across various industries, including the automotive, petroleum, pharmaceutical, agro chemicals, paints and coatings, dyes and pigments, personal care and flavors and fragrances industries.
