Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company Approves First Cash Dividend for 2019, Payable on January 08, 2020; Appoints Dao Tien Duong as Person in Charge of Corporate Governance

Taseco Air Services Joint Stock Company approved to pay first cash dividend for 2019 of 20% (VND 2,000 per share). Record date will be November 15, 2019 and payment date will be January 08, 2020.

The company also approved to appoint Mr. Dao Tien Duong as Person in charge of Corporate Governance as from October 04, 2019.
