Target Corp. announced plans to open a new store in Huntington, N.Y. in October 2013. The new store will be located near the intersection of Jericho Turnpike and New York Avenue.

The Huntington store will be approximately 150,000 square feet, and will offer guests the everyday essentials and exclusive brands they have come to expect from Target. In addition, the store will include a selection of fresh produce, fresh packaged meat and pre-packaged baked goods to further enhance guests' shopping experience. The Huntington location will employ approximately 250 team members.
