Targa Exploration Corp. (CNSX:TEX) entered into a binding letter agreement to acquire Five lithium exploration projects located in Quebec and Ontario from 1384025 B.C. Ltd., John Robins and Leo Hathaway for CAD 2.2 million on October 3, 2023. Targa will issue a total of 7,500,001 common shares of the company to the vendors, grant a 1% net smelter royalty on the properties in favour of northern lithium and make aggregate cash payments of CAD 0.75572172 million to the vendors.
