According to TAPACO PUBLIC COMPANY LIMITED and its subsidiary ("TAPAC") were prepared and submitted its reviewed consolidated financial statement Q2/2022 ended of April 30, 2022 to The Stock Exchange of Thailand, TAPAC would like to provide additional explanation in regard to its financial performance Q2/2022 in which it has total net profit of 122.822 Million Baht, increase from the same period of last year at 318.76% which was 37.596 Million Baht. This was due to and the details are as follows:
TAPAC and it's subsidiary net sales and services income of Plastic Parts, Mold, Sales from Retails Business and Sales of Land in Sweden by subsidiary are in amount of 262.896 million baht, decrease from the same period of last year at 30.99% which was 380.959 Million Baht (Increase from Plastic Parts, decrease from Sales of Mold and Retails Business and No Land Sales). Gross Profit Margin is at 15.70%, decrease from the same period of last year which was 26.21%. This is due to decrease of sales of mold and land that have good profit margin.
C4Hus AB Construction Revenue is at 411.068 Million Baht, increase from the same period of last year at 56.01% which was 263.483 Million Baht. This is due to European economic recovery and decrease of Covid-19 effect. Gross Profit Margin for this period is at 12.85%, increase from the same period of last year which was 4.79%
TAPAC's subsidiary have Profit on disposal of investments amount 103.755 Million Baht and Gain on reclassify of investment in associates to investment in equity amount 22.198 Million Baht. This is due to Sales of Investment in Premier Tank PLC (PTC). However Share of profit from investment in associated company decrease due to decrease of ownership interest of in PTC.
TAPAC and it's subsidiary Tax expenses is at 24.298 Million Baht, increase from the same period of last year which was 12.904 Million Baht. This is due to profit from Sales of Investment in PTC.
