From April 1, 2022 to June 15, 2022, the company has repurchased 881,500 shares, representing 1.09% for ¥1,252.3 million. With this, the company has completed the repurchase of 1,403,900 shares, representing 1.73% for ¥1,999.8 million under the buyback announced on February 9, 2022.
TAKUMA CO., LTD. is a company that is active in four business segments. The Domestic Environment and Energy segment is engaged in the design, construction, sale, operation and maintenance of general waste treatment plants, industrial waste treatment plants, resource recovery plants, sewage disposal plants, sludge incineration plants, biomass electric generation plants and generation gas turbine systems. The Overseas Environment and Energy segment provides waste power generation plants and biomass power generation plants.
