TAI-TECH Advanced Electronics Co., Ltd. (GTSM:3357) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase not more than 2,500,000 ordinary shares, representing 2.7% of the issued share capital, for a total of TWD 80 million. The shares will be repurchased within the price range of TWD 21 to TWD 40 per share. The purpose of the program is to transfer the shares to employees. The program will expire on October 9, 2017. As of August 9, 2017, the company has 690,000 shares in treasury.
