TA Corporation Ltd.'s Subsidiary TA Care Solutions Pte Ltd Incorporates Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, TA Care Academy Company Limited

The Board of Directors of TA Corporation Ltd. announced that its indirect 51% owned subsidiary, TA Care Solutions Pte Ltd, has incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary company in Myanmar, TA Care Academy Company Limited. TA Care Academy is a company incorporated in Myanmar with a registered capital of MMK 30,000,000.00 (equivalent to approximately SGD 19,155.00), divided into 300 ordinary shares of MMK 100,000.00 per share. TA Care Academy will be principally engaged in the business of conducting training courses in Myanmar.

The incorporation of TA Care Academy was funded through internal resources and is not expected to have any material impact on the net tangible assets per share and earnings per share of the Group for the current financial year ending December 31, 2023.
